At Fire Breathers, we are committed to providing fast, reliable shipping and handling every order with care. Please review our Shipping & Refund Policy to understand how orders are processed, shipped, and handled in the event of issues.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping

  • We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
  • Shipping times vary based on your location but generally range between 2–7 business days.
  • Fire Breathers is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • All products are shipped in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill and applicable state laws.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We only ship within the United States.
  • We do not ship to states or jurisdictions where THCA flower is restricted or prohibited by law.
  • The buyer is solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws in their state. By placing an order, you confirm that the products you purchase are legal in your state and locality.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
  • Claims for missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must be accompanied by clear photographs of the package, its contents, and all packing materials (including the box, void fill, and packaging).
  • Fire Breathers reserves the right to deny any claim where the evidence indicates that the order was packed and delivered correctly.
  • If your package is lost or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements for carrier errors.
  • A carrier’s “Delivered” status (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) serves as proof of delivery. Once tracking confirms your package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, our shipping obligation is complete and Fire Breathers cannot be held responsible for packages reported as “not received.”
Puff Protection

What your checkout protection covers.

Puff Protection covers orders that are lost in transit (shipped but never marked delivered by the carrier) or that arrive damaged — subject to the evidence and timeframe requirements above. Puff Protection does not cover packages the carrier has confirmed as Delivered but reported as missing or stolen after delivery. For post-delivery theft, please follow the Proof of Delivery steps below.

Proof of Delivery

A “Delivered” scan completes our responsibility.

When the carrier’s tracking marks your order as Delivered to the address you provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to you. If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate your package, this is considered a matter between you and the carrier. We recommend you: (1) check with household members and neighbors, (2) confirm the shipping address on your order, (3) contact your local carrier office with your tracking number, and (4) file a report with local authorities if you believe the package was stolen. Fire Breathers will gladly provide tracking records and delivery confirmation to support your inquiry, but we do not issue refunds or replacements for orders the carrier has confirmed as delivered.

Quality Assurance

Every outbound shipment is photographed.

For quality assurance and claim-investigation purposes, Fire Breathers photographs each outbound order — documenting the contents and packaging before it leaves our facility. These records are referenced when reviewing any claim for damaged or missing items.

Important

Fraudulent claims will not be tolerated.

Fraudulent or knowingly false claims will be documented and reported, and the customer will be permanently banned from placing future orders through Fire Breathers. We take the integrity of our claims process seriously to protect both our customers and our business.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped, except in the following circumstances:

We do not offer returns or refunds for personal preferences — including but not limited to smell, flavor, taste, or appearance. These characteristics can vary naturally between batches and are not considered product defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion once evidence is provided.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if the request is made before the order has shipped.
